Sharing a complex story of change can be challenging. Leapfrog’s big-picture maps (2D) and hand-drawn animated videos (3D) will elevate your story and increase your effectiveness. All Children Thrive

Leapfrog worked with Public Health Advocates and UCLA’s Center for Healthier Children, Families, and Communities to launch All Children Thrive (ACT) in 60 California cities. Developing a visual story was critical to share with cities and to orient new staff. It took a series of iterations to create the final version.

Treatment Starts Here

In conjunction with CA HealthCare Foundation, Leapfrog worked with the CA Department of Health Services to create a big-picture map of “Medically Assisted Treatment 2.0” which included multiple projects and players across the state.

While our original conceptual sketch  showed a roadmap with two distinctly different routes, we realized that for the experience of end users, an eco-systems map was a better fit since people with substance use disorder seeking treatment must navigate across many systems to receive services. The final version shows every project in the expansion of treatment.
